Important: The length of the regular paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages (in the standard IEEE conference double-column format). Registered and presented regular papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. 

All regular contributions to ICCITX.0 & SHeIC 2024 must be submitted online, in electronic format.

ICCITX.0 & SHeIC 2024 uses EasyChair conference management system at:

All submissions must be in English and present original work. Both Regular and Abstract papers that are registered and presented will be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

Regular Papers:

• Maximum length: 6 pages, following the standard IEEE double-column conference format.

• Submission Process: Papers will undergo a blind review to evaluate technical merit and content.

• Publication Requirement: To be included in the Conference proceedings, an accepted paper must be presented at the Conference by one of the authors.

• Options: Submissions can be made as a regular paper or for one of the special sessions.

• Deadline: Papers must be submitted by December 20, 2023.

Abstracts:

• Maximum length: 4 pages, with no more than 8 references.

• Presentation: Abstract contributors are required to deliver a short presentation (10 minutes) of their work.

The submitted papers should follow the usual IEEE paper format for conferences (two-columns, 10 point, Times New Roman).
