The Paris site participation is limited to invited participants.

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes — 15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for questions. Presenters are expected to use PowerPoint or PDF slides in 16:9 widescreen format. Please send your slides to the organizing committee at least 24 hours before your session.

Poster Presentations

Posters must be printed in A1 format (594 × 841 mm), portrait orientation. The official poster template is available for download here. Posters should be installed before the opening of the poster session and removed at its close.
