Papers should be submitted through PaperCept online conference management system
Regular Paper Submission
The length of the regular paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages (in the standard IEEE conference double-column format).
Registered and presented regular papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore
All regular contributions to IEEE-ICCITX.0 2026 must be submitted online, in electronic format.
IEEE-ICCITX.0 2026 uses PaperCept conference management system at: https://controls.papercept.net for submission of conference contributions and the peer-review process.
All submissions must be in English and represent original and scientifically rigorous research.
Selected papers will be invited to be extended to a full paper for publication.
Registration for first-time users
To use PaperCept, you need a personal “account”, called PIN.
If you used PaperCept (or PaperPlaza) before, there is no need to register again, please use your existing PIN.
If you do not have a PIN, please use this link to register first (once the new window opens, select the option “Register a new PIN“).
Paper Submission
Have a valid PIN and password ready, as well as the document you plan to submit.
To submit your paper, please follow these steps:
1. Visit the PaperCept submission portal: Click here
2. Scroll down through the list of conferences and search for "ICCITX.0 2026"
3. Click on the link “Submit a Contribution to ICCITX.0 2026“. The next page is called “Submission Wizard“.
4. In the Submission Wizard page, submit the paper (contributed paper).
5. Follow the submission steps.
6. Upon successful submission of a manuscript, the system automatically sends an acknowledgment to the corresponding author with copies to all the co-authors.
